Hi, I’m Sheneta Ross, LPC-T and founder of Ross & Associates Counseling Services, LLC.  If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in life, or weighed down by emotions you can't quite explain, you're not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety and stress, while also supporting those dealing with depression, mood shifts, unrecognizable behaviors, life transitions, and relationship struggles.
